And, we know that Apple Pay is a convenient, secure and modern way to pay for online purchases, which is why it’s now available as a payment method on the overlay checkout experience. Coming into beta, make managing parties a breeze with the party guest list. Guests can manage their guest lists, RSVPs and signing of waivers (when required) through their online account.

Manually settling outstanding booking balances and handling extra charges can be challenging and inconvenient, especially at the end of a busy party with tired parents and kids. You can now charge a card previously used for a booking made online (checkout, payment links and invoice forms) for the same booking from Venue Manager, eliminating the need for a physical checkout.
- Search for and select the booking in Venue Manager.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- For the payment row with an amount owing, select the options menu (3 dots).
- Select Charge stored payment method.

With our guest list feature for party packages, booking guests can now send invitations, track RSVPs and manage waiver signing from their online accounts, reducing entry delays and stress, and ensuring a smoother, more enjoyable event for everyone. Ideal for kids’ parties, corporate events and special occasions.
- Booking guests can send invitations, track RSVPs and manage waiver signing (when required) from online accounts.
- Invited guests can easily RSVP and sign waivers (when required) from a unique link in the invitation.
- Booking guests can sign in to their online account to see who has RSVP’d and signed waivers, and follow up with those who haven’t.
- Venue staff can access real-time guest information such as who has RSVP'd and signed waivers from the party booking in Venue Manager.

Control who can merge and delete guest records with a new role permission
Prevent accidental errors, minimize disruptions and give your staff greater control over who can merge and delete guest records with the new role permission: Can merge and delete guests.
This permission is enabled by default for Administrator and Manager system roles, or any custom roles you’ve created based on these roles.

Updated T&Cs and privacy policy notice for online accounts
ROLLER continues to update and enhance online accounts for privacy and compliance.
When a guest creates an online account, instead of them needing to tick a checkbox to accept T&Cs and the privacy policy, there’s now a simple message outlining that by proceeding (creating an account) they’re agreeing to the T&Cs and privacy policy.
