Create your Product
If you have different uses - e.g. 5 x uses, 10 x uses and 15 x uses, please note that you need to create a product for each one
Then you need to create the pass type(s), if you have different price points for Adult, Child or Concession, eg. Set the price and make sure to include the name the type and the number of uses
This can be then be customised for specific time periods or with expiries with the following scenarios:
Multi-pass for x amounts of use
If this is ongoing and your customer can use the 10 uses at any time at your venue, follow these steps:
1. Specify the days this can be used - Set it up for which days it can be used (when your venue is open) but you can also limit these to specific days if you want. We recommend setting this at 100 weeks, please note that this is the maximum number of weeks you can put in and you'll need to adjust this product again in 100 weeks.
2. Override the text so that your customer will know that the Multi-pass is only valid for the set amount of uses
3. Check the setting so that there is a limit the pass can be used for and set it to 10 as per the example
Multi-pass for x amounts of use during a specific period of time
This example will illustrate if you want to make their Multi-pass time sensitive - e.g. a special offer for the month or perhaps for Summer
1. Specify the days this can be used - check the days it will apply to again and choose the calendar to reflect the dates it is applicable for
2. Check the date override and add the condition of the time frame e.g "This Multi-pass is valid for 10 uses during the month of July" or "Your Multi-pass is valid for 10 uses for from 1st July to 31st August 2017"
3. Check the setting so that there is a limit the pass can be used for and set it to 10 as per the example
Multi-pass with an expiry
If you want to create a multi-pass that expires within a set time frame from when you customers have purchased their pass, follow these steps:
1. Specify the days this can be used - Set it up that it up for which days it can be used (when your venue is open) but you can also limit these to specific days if you want. Put it at 100 weeks (the maximum number of weeks you can put in - you'll need to adjust this product again in 100 weeks)
2. Override the text so that your customer will know that the Multi-pass is only valid for the set amount of uses for x amount of days/years from the date of their purchase
3. Check the setting so that there is a limit the pass can be used for and set it to 10 as per the example
4. Check the setting that the pass is valid from x amount of days and type in the number of days from which the pass expires - e.g 365 days for one year
