Online payment gateways encrypt sensitive payment information to ensure that it's passed securely between guests and merchants.
You won't be able to take credit card payments through our checkouts without first having a third-party online payment gateway merchant account approved & integrated with ROLLER.
Applying for an online payment gateway
In order to successfully process online payments, you will need to apply for an online payment gateway merchant account with a provider that ROLLER integrates with (this process can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks).
This application is done directly with the third-party provider; however, ROLLER assists you every step of the way.
Once your merchant account has been approved and the relevant account details have been shared with ROLLER, our team will integrate your merchant account and let you know once online payments are ready to be tested.
