Upon purchase, a confirmation email with the gift card is immediately sent to the recipient (unless you have scheduled a gift card for a future date). Reasons why you can't find it:
- Sometimes it ends up in their junk mail
- Mistyped the recipient's email address
- Recepient deleted it
- It's just not there- it happens
If it's not in your junk mail, you can get the venue to resend the gift card
Call or email the venue you have purchased the gift card from- ask them to resend the gift card to you/the recipient and confirm the email address with them or provide an alternate option in case the one they have on file is incorrect
