Upon purchase, a confirmation email with the gift card is immediately sent to the recipient (unless you have scheduled a gift card for a future date). Reasons why you can't find it:
- Sometimes it ends up in their junk mail
- Mistyped the recipient's email address
- Recipient deleted it
- It's just not there - it happens
If it's not in your junk mail, you can get the venue to resend the gift card
Call or email the venue you have purchased the gift card from and ask them to resend the gift card to you, and confirm the email address with them or provide an alternate option in case the one they have on file is incorrect
