From time to time, you may need to update a digital gift card a guest has purchased. This could be the recipient name, email address or even balance.
Search for the gift card
- From Venue Manager, go to Products > All Products.
- Search for the gift card product.
- Select its options menu (3 dots), then select View gift cards.
- Search for the gift card ID you want to edit.
- Select the options menu (3 dots) for the gift card, then select View gift card.
The gift card item details open. From here you can edit the gift card.
Edit the gift card
From the item for the gift card item purchase, select the edit icon (pencil) in the right panel.
Select Save to make these changes live.
Keep in mind
- Any changes made to a gift card is recorded in the gift card item's activity stream.
- Any changes to balances only update in ROLLER and the digital gift card received by email. Issued physical gift cards can't be amended but their status can be checked in POS or Venue Manager.
- You can select Resend gift card to send the gift card email again.
