Finding a guest's signed waiver in the Venue Manager
- Hover over the Guests menu and select Waiver Holders
- From here you can search for signed waivers by name, as well as filter by the date the waiver was signed on and waiver status (Active, Expired, Deactivated)
Managing waivers
When viewing waivers in the Venue Manager you can see information relating to:
- Name of the waiver holder
- Name of the signee
- # of active bookings this waiver is associated with
- DOB of waiver holder
- Waiver expiry date
- Waiver ID
If you click more (3 dot button) on any waiver you will get the following options:
- View signed waiver (PDF)
- Email signed waiver (PDF)
- Send new waiver (if it needs renewal)
- Deactivate waiver (so you no longer want it to be valid)

Exporting all signed waiver holders to a CSV file
- Click the more (vertical 3 dot icon) > Click Export
- This will automatically trigger a download of the CSV file to your local device
