If your guest wants a receipt of their transaction, you can easily send one from ROLLER in Venue Manager.
- From Venue Manager, search for and select the booking.
- Under Activity on the right-hand side, for the transaction you want:
- Click the options menu (3 dots).
- Select Email receipt.
- A pop-up modal prompts you to send the receipt to the email address on record or you can change this to another email.
- Click Send email.
- Your guests will receive an email with a download link the itemized receipt.
From the email, guests simply click Print receipt. The receipt will open as a PDF for guests to print or save.
