This guide shows you how you can archive products you no longer need or bring back a product you've archived previously.
Keep in mind
- Products created in ROLLER can't be deleted, but they can be archived.
- Archiving allows you to keep a record of the product and any associated guest information for future reference.
- Once archived, the product will no longer be available for sale anywhere in ROLLER.
- When a product is archived, its data will NOT appear in reports unless the product is unarchived or the product report filter has no filters selected.
Archive a product
- From Venue Manager, go to Products > All Products
- For the product you want, select the options menu (3 dots), then select Archive. Note that this means no one can purchase this product anymore, through Venue Manager, online checkouts or POS.
Unarchive a product
You can unarchive a product by filtering the product status from active to archived.
Select the options menu (3 dots) for a product, then select Unarchive.
