Create a multi-pass for guests to book a session online – Help Center

This article shows you how to create a multi-pass using standard passes and discount codes. Multi-passes are suitable for trampoline parks or venues that may have limited capacity as they require guests to book a session time in advance.

How does it work?

Using a designated discount code, guests can book themselves in online or quote this over the phone or in venue. Track usage from Discounts in Venue Manager to see how often the guest code has been used

With this setup, discount codes are not time sensitive. Guests purchase a standard pass and are issued a unique discount code that they can use to book a session ahead of time.

Create a standard pass

Create a standard pass for your multi-pass for guests to purchase. Refer to the guide Create a standard pass.

Read on to see how to add a multi-pass discount code to the pass.

Use the text override and product instructions in the pass setup to make sure your guests are aware of the process. An example is: "This cannot be used to redeem anything. You will receive a separate email with a discount code that will allow you to book in for your visits."

Create the multi-pass discount code

From Venue Manager, go to Products > Discount Codes > Create Discount Code

If you have more than one multi-pass product, please remember that you need to create a discount code for each multi-pass product

Name the Discount (eg 10 x multi-pass)

Code type

Set the code type to Issue codes on purchase and select the Multi-pass ticket type you have created

Discount type

Set this to a percentage at 100% off

Products

From the drop-down select the products the guest's code can be redeemed against

Usage limits

Set this to the number of uses, 10 in this example and ensure it's set to Across selected products

You can restrict booking dates if you only want guests to book for certain date ranges and days, we don't recommend this as this means constant monitoring and updating discount configuration.

Save

Click Save to create the Discount Code

If you have another Multi-pass discount to create for another product or ticket type, please repeat and follow the steps above.

What the guest receives

When a guest purchases your Multi-pass, they will receive a confirmation email as well as a separate email with their unique discount code to use for X number of times (as set by you).
