The Brand & Appearance page is where you can customize guest-facing content including logos, background images and color palettes.
Read our design guidelines for recommendations and file size requirements. This will help make sure that your platform looks its best.
To add your brand assets and colors:
- From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Design > Brand & Appearance.
- Choose the brand logo or image to upload:
Default logo |
The default logo is used for all logo instances unless otherwise specified. |
Background image |
The background image is used for standalone checkouts and online waivers. |
Header logo |
This image replaces the default logo above in our standalone online checkouts, online waivers and forms. |
- Hover over an existing logo or image file.
- Select Upload file.
- Select the logo or image file from your computer.
- The file uploads if it meets the maximum file size requirements.
- Update the colour palette:
- Highlight the HEX code and type in the new code for your primary and secondary brand colors.
- Click Revert to default to change the color codes back to ROLLER's default colors.
- Upload application images:
Checkout header | This is the header logo for standalone online checkouts. |
Invoice logo | This is the logo for the invoice that is sent out to the guest. |
- Click Save once all updates have been made. Or Discard to remove all changes.
