You can resend a booking email confirmation to guests from Venue Manager.
- From Venue Manager, search for and select the guest's booking using the guest's name or booking ID to go to the booking details.
- Select the options menu (3 dots) in the top right and select Send confirmation email from the drop-down.
- The Send booking confirmation pop-up appears.
- In the Send to field, the booking holder's email address is pre-populated if it was captured during the booking process. You edit this email and add different email addresses.
- Select Send email.
- A confirmation displays once the email has been sent and is listed in the Activity panel.
