To search for a booking in POS, click on the Search tab and select the Bookings tab on the top. You can search for a booking by:
- Scanning the booking QR code, or
- Typing in the booking number, or
- Typing in the booking name
If a message saying "Sorry, nothing found" appears, this could mean that the booking is for a date outside the default 3-day parameter. Click the Try searching online button to pull the booking. If the booking exists, it will bring up the booking that matches your search input.
