From your ROLLER support account, you can submit, see responses, and add to support tickets you've submitted. You can reset your ROLLER support account from the Help Center home page.
If you'd like to create a ROLLER support account, refer to the guide Contacting support FAQs
- From the Help Center home page, select Log in at the top right of the page
- Select the Forgot my password link
- Enter your email address and select Submit
- Check your inbox and spam folder for an email with a link to reset your password
