Packages allow a venue to sell products made up of multiple products for a lower costs.
If you're creating a party, the party package product type can also bundle up items and save you time with dynamically calculated guest inclusions. Refer to the guide Create and manage party packages with dynamic inclusions.
Keep in mind
- Packages can only include one session ticket type per variation.
- Packages may appear sold out or unavailable depending on the availability settings and session times of the products configured inside the package.
- The membership and gift card product type is not supported in packages.
- In online checkouts, packages with session pass ticket variations in the same way as session passes. Packages with standard pass ticket variations will appear in the same way as standard passes.
- In ROLLER reports, revenue generated from package sales are allocated to the items in the package. See below for more information.

From the Order tab for a booking, each line represents a product in the package the guest has booked.

Any receipts sent from Venue Manager split out the package items into a line each.
Reporting revenue with packages
- Revenue generated from package sales are allocated to the items within the package based on the item costs set in the package product setup.
- All reports which display revenue by product will have those sales allocated in this way. No revenue will be attributed to the package itself, rather the items inside it.
- Use the Detailed Product Sales report to show the value of the transactions and the break down per individual item in the package.
