When contacting support at ROLLER, a support team member may ask for your TeamViewer details. TeamViewer allows the ROLLER support team to remotely access a device at your venue.
This access is device agnostic and completely secure. There is a free version available. To use TeamViewer, follow the steps below.
- Download TeamViewer on all devices that use ROLLER (eg tablets, computers, POS devices). This is useful for when support is required, especially hardware support.
- When prompted, let ROLLER know the ID and password associated under the Allow Remote Control area.
TeamViewer recently made a change to their interface, which will look different to the image below. To revert back to the old interface, turn the New interface toggle in the top, right-hand corner of the page off.
