When contacting support, a support team member may ask for TeamViewer details.
TeamViewer allows the ROLLER support team to remotely access a device at your venue.
This access is device agnostic and completely secure. There is a free version available.
- Download TeamViewer on all devices that use ROLLER. This is useful for when support is required, especially if hardware support is required
- When prompted, let ROLLER know the ID and password associated under the Allow Remote Control area
