Staff Members using ROLLER POS can access the help center articles and submit support tickets directly from the POS screen by clicking the Help button.
Using POS Help Center
To display the POS in-app help center click the More ... menu and then Help.
The help center will display in the bottom right section the screen, displaying links to suggested articles and a search field to find other help center content.
To submit a support ticket click on Contact us.
Disabling POS Help
You can disable the Help setting in POS by disabling via the POS device settings. In POS navigate to More ... > Settings > Device, turn off the switch to 'Enable Help in the main menu' and click Save settings.
