Cancel recurring memberships
- In Venue Manager, find and open the booking relating to the membership.
- Select the Items tab.
- Click on the three dots next to the recurring membership you wish to cancel, select Cancel membership to open a pop-up modal.
- If there are multiple memberships in the booking, select the membership(s) you wish to cancel, then click Next.
- For recurring memberships, cancellation occurs at the end of the current billing anniversary by default.
- To cancel the membership at the end of a future billing period, untick the checkbox End of current billing period > click on the date drop-down to choose from the list of available cancellation dates.
- Add Notes to describe the reason for the cancellation.
- When complete, click Cancel membership.
The status of the recurring membership will change to pending cancellation until the cancellation takes effect. On the scheduled date all payments and membership benefits will cease and membership status will change to Terminated.
Cancel fixed period memberships
- In Venue Manager, find and open the booking with the membership.
- Select the Items tab > click on the three dots next to the membership, select Cancel membership to open a pop-up modal.
- If there are multiple memberships in the booking, select the membership(s) you wish to cancel, then click Next.
- Add Notes to describe the reason for the cancellation.
- When complete, click Cancel membership.
The status of the fixed price membership will change to Terminated and membership benefits will cease immediately.
Reactivate a membership
You can re-activate fixed price and recurring payment memberships which are still pending cancellation.
- In Venue Manager, find and open the booking with the recurring membership that you have scheduled to cancel.
- Click on the Items tab > click on the three dots next to the recurring membership, select Reactivate membership.
