Create your mobile check-in device profiles in Venue Manager

In this article, you will learn how to create mobile check-in devices in Venue Manager so you can sign in to these device profiles on your handheld device and start using this feature. 

Creating an mobile check-in device in Venue Manager

1.  In Venue Manager go to Apps > Mobile Check-in > Devices.
   
2. Click New CI device.
   
   
   
   
3. Name the device.
   
   
   
   
4. Add any check-in restrictions if applicable. These restrictions will ensure only specific passes are allowed to be checked-in with this device.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save

Using the mobile check-in device templates & duplication 

If you have multiple devices with the exact same check-in restriction settings we would recommend creating a template and then creating your devices using this template.

1. To create a template go to Apps > Mobile Check-in > Templates.
2. Click New CI template.
    
3. Follow steps #3 through to #5 of Creating an mobile check-in device in Venue Manager
4. Go back to Apps > Mobile Check-in > Templates
5. Click the more options menu (3 dots) next to your template > click Create device from template.
   
   
   
   
6. Name the device.
7. Save.
