Attendance report
This report shows all ticket redemptions at POS for a selected date range.
View the total quantity of redemptions, the device they were redeemed at and which products are redeemed most, providing you with essential data for guiding important business decisions such as staffing and promotions.
What to use this report for
- Identify attendance across time periods in grid or graph view.
- Understand the time periods where you can do venue cleaning or overhauls as they are generally slow periods.
- Identify the natural flow to the business day, highlighting peaks and lulls and adjust your promotional efforts and staffing.
Important notes
- Items that are expired can still be redeemed, so will appear on the attendance report. Redeeming expired tickets at POS can be done by overriding subsequent warnings when attempting to redeem them.
- Membership tickets that are checked-in at POS will appear in this report.
For example, a guest at POS redeems a "Gold membership" discount to book a "Day Pass - All Access" ticket and the "Day Pass" ticket is redeemed. The report will reflect that there is 1 redemption for the Day Pass - All Access ticket only.
- If a membership is used as a discount for another booking, the redemption of the discount will not appear in this report.
- Only standard pass type products can be redeemed more than once.
Booking Zip Code Export report
This report provides a CSV list export file of ZIP codes, country and redemptions per booking.
Country and postcode data are captured from either the online checkout or POS. To enable country or postcode capture at POS, refer to the guide Configure your POS device settings.
When to use
Identify the country or postcodes that guests arrive from and adjust your promotional efforts
Membership Growth report
This report records and plots graphically the daily memberships sold, members churned and overall membership growth.
Important to know
- Guests must have purchased a membership product to show in this report.
- If you notice that some members that have purchased season or annual passes are missing, check that they have a membership product, not a standard pass product
- This report will only display data after 5 February 2020 when specific event tracking was added. Any sales or churn prior to this date will not appear on this report.
When to use
- Monitor aggregate membership performance
- Monitoring membership sales KPIs/targets
- Spot trends in membership growth and plan promotions accordingly
Membership Redemptions report
This report lists all the memberships that have been redeemed within a selected time period.
Important to know
A redemption is counted either when a membership ticket is redeemed or when the membership discount is redeemed.
When to use
- Determine membership engagement via redemption data and encourage members to return to your business and use your services/purchase items more often.
- If your guests are buying memberships and not redeeming them, there could be a problem.
- Identify trends in membership redemption and adjust the membership benefits and promotional efforts accordingly.
Membership Status Log report
This report lists the member status changes which can be filtered by previous and new membership status.
When to use
- Identify memberships that have been suspended and reach out to individual members.
- Track-specific membership events such as when a membership was upgraded.
