Merchants interested in Windcave simply need to complete this form for a Windcave merchant account and list ROLLER as the provider you are interested in for e-commerce payments.
Please also let Windcave whether you would like to use 3D Secure authentication or not during this process.
If you already have an existing Windcave e-commerce account, you need to reach out to Windcave support & let them know that you're using ROLLER for e-commerce payments and they need to confirm that you have a PxFusion account activated.
Once your application process is complete, Windcave will share your PxFusion credentials with you.
You should then share these details with ROLLER support so we can complete the integration.
Applying for a new Windcave POS account
ROLLER utilizes Windcave's Hosted Initiated Transactions (HIT) cloud integration. In order to use this integration, you need to be in a supported country and have supported terminals.
Merchants interested in Windcave simply need to complete this form for a Windcave merchant account and list ROLLER as the POS you are using for EFTPOS payments.
The Windcave team will work with you to ensure you order the right terminals to support the integration and your network requirements.
Upon shipment of your devices, Windcave will generate the HIT Username, Key, and Device ID (Also known as Station ID) that is needed for the integration to work with ROLLER.
Once you have these details use this article to complete the integration with ROLLER POS or Self Serve Kiosk.
Integrating your existing Windcave card terminals
If you already have existing Windcave card terminals, you need to reach out to Windcave support & let them know that you're planning to use ROLLER as your POS and this requires the HIT integration.
Their support team will work with you to confirm that you either already have supported terminals or assist you in ordering the supported terminals.
Once your account has been configured correctly and new card terminals are ordered (if applicable), Windcave will generate the HIT Username, Key, and Device ID (Also known as Station ID) that is needed for the integration to work with ROLLER.
