From a single HQ venue, you can create, edit and manage products across all your venues. This saves you time from making changes across all locations independently and eliminates the risk of manual errors in the process.
This guide walks through how to create a product in a ROLLER HQ venue and make the products available to one venue, a group of venues or all your venues.

An HQ venue is a single venue where you can create products, choose which products should be available at each venue, manage venue permissions to edit products, and edit HQ products that venues are using for a single venue, group of venues or all your venues.
Create products in HQ venue |
From your HQ Venue Manager, go to Products > Create products to create products that you can share with all or some of your venues. See below for specific HQ product details when setting up your products. |
Make products available to venues in HQ group |
Make an HQ product available to some or all venues that are linked to the HQ venue. Venues can choose to add the HQ product to their venue. The product is denoted with an HQ label next to its name in Venue Manager. |
Venue permissions and properties |
Assign a managed venue permissions to edit certain properties of HQ products. The permissions will apply to all products, so if a venue has permission to edit prices, they will be allowed to edit the prices of all tickets for all HQ products. |

Changes made to the HQ product settings in your HQ account will only appear for venues adding the product for the first time. For existing venues who have added the product, you must use the bulk edit feature. Bulk product editing allows you to make edits to an HQ product from your HQ account, then publish these product changes to a single linked venue, a group of venues or all venues. |
Create HQ products
An HQ product is a product created in an HQ venue. The process of creating a product in an HQ venue is similar to how you normally create products in Venue Manager, but with some specific HQ product settings. Follow the steps below to create an HQ product and complete the HQ specific product settings.
- From your HQ Venue Manager, go to Products > Create Product.
- Select the type of product you wish to create.

Enter the HQ product details and make the managed product available to one venue, a group of venues (venue tags) or all of your venues.

A unique identifier to group and link all variations of this HQ product for management and reporting purposes. Example: 1 Hour Jump |
Product code |
This can be the same as the product name and is a unique identifier to group and link all variations of this stock product for management and reporting purposes. Example: 1 Hour Jump |
Venues |
Select the venue tags which this master product will be available to, or refer to the guide Create and manage venue tags in HQ to create new tags. The venues will then need to add the HQ product to their product lists. |
Once the HQ product settings have been added, you can complete the rest of your product details, similar to how you normally create products in Venue Manager.
