Create a party schedule that allows time for changeover
If you'd like to remind yourself of the scheduling basics, go to Manage you schedules. For more specific examples of schedule customization for weekdays, weekends, holidays, one-off events and more, read Create your schedules: Common session pass scenarios.
Create a staggered starting time party schedule
Example scenario: You have a 2-hour party product available on weekends that runs every 30 minutes and, when purchased, can take capacity from any available party rooms. However, to help make it easier on staff when managing parties and to make sure your guests get the attention they deserve, you'd like to stagger your party schedule and make only 2 party rooms available at any one time.

Editing bookings limit per session
You can change the number of maximum bookings per session in your existing schedules at any time.
Let's say you'd like to reduce the bookings limit from 2 bookings per session to 1 booking per session for the parties that start at 9am.
- In Venue Manager, navigate to Schedules.
- Click the Party Admission product and the Weekend Parties schedule.
- Click the session time to be edited, in this case, 9am.
- Open the drop-down menu under Max bookings and select 1 booking per session.
- Click Save.
With these settings, only 1 party booking can be made at 9am, and 2 party bookings can be made at all other session start times.
Create a party schedule that allows time for changeover
Example scenario: Your parties only run on weekends and are 2 hours in duration. You want your party rooms to be available so that they can all be booked at once, but once the party session is finished, you want to have 30 minutes spare to clean the room and prepare for the next group of parties.
