The Mobile Check-in app is a paid add-on feature to your plan. To subscribe, check you meet the eligibility requirements and then contact your account manager or the support team.

The Mobile Check-in app does not support redeeming tickets that require waivers. You’ll need to redeem tickets requiring waivers using ROLLER POS.
Key terms
Here are some important key terms to become familiar with before getting started:
- Booking ID
- A unique 8-digit identifier for a ROLLER booking. An example Booking ID could be 58357613.
- Master Ticket ID and Booking ID are exactly the same thing and both terms are used interchangeably.
- Itemized Ticket ID
- A unique 16-digit identifier for a ROLLER ticket.
- The first 8 digits are made up of the Booking ID and the last 8 digits are the unique identifier for the ticket itself. These are combined with a hyphen to make the Itemized Ticket ID.
- An example Itemized Ticket ID could be 58357613-189626897.
- If an Itemized Ticket ID has been overridden by a Custom Ticket ID then this default 16-digit identifier is in a different format.
- Custom Ticket ID
- This is when the Itemized Ticket ID is overridden in POS. Users may choose to override a Ticket ID in POS to associate a custom identifier with the ticket.
- Master Tickets
- A unique 8-digit identifier for a ROLLER booking. An example Booking ID could be 58357613.
- A Master Ticket ID and Booking ID are exactly the same thing and both terms are used interchangeably.
