Mobile Check-in app settings are accessed by tapping the Settings menu at the bottom right of the app.
It is recommended that all settings are enabled for the fastest and simplest use of the app.
The settings you can configure are as follows.
- Show Ticket Detail on Scan
- When scanning a Master Ticket ID, the first match opens the booking view instantly.
- When scanning an Itemized Ticket ID, the ticket view opens instantly instead.
- Sync To Today
- On startup, a sync occurs for all tickets that are valid for the next 3 days.
- Auto Check-In
- When scanning an Itemized ticket ID, it automatically checks that the ticket in if the ticket is valid:

- Itemized Single-Use Tickets are redeemed
- Itemized Multi-Use Tickets are redeemed once and only redeemable again after syncing.
- For Package Tickets, each subsequent scan will redeem the next available unredeemed Itemized ticket in the package until all are currently redeemed.
- This will not work when scanning Master Tickets. Instead the generic booking view displays,
- Express Check-In
- When scanning a valid ticket, this automatically checks the ticket in and shows the result of the scan in a pop-up express notification. The user is returned to the booking search tab ready for the next scan.
- This works when scanning:

- Itemized tickets
- Package tickets
- Master tickets
Each subsequent scan redeems the next available unredeemed itemized ticket in the booking until all are redeemed

The Express Check-In setting:
- Overrides the Show Ticket Detail on Scan setting if both are enabled.
- Requires Auto Check-In to also be enabled in order to work.
- Allow Check-Out
- This allows tapping any green checkbox to undo/remove a redemption from the ticket.
- For itemized multi-use tickets, once the booking view has been exited a redemption cannot be undone
- Lanaguage
- This allows choosing the system language
