Solution
Ticket type or product variation override images only show up in your POS menus. They do not show up in the online checkout. This is due to the size of the online checkout pages.
However, if you'd like to showcase different ticket types or variations to guests in the online checkout and they make sense as separate products, we suggest creating each ticket type or variation as its own product. This way, you can use a separate image for each product, giving them more prominence in the checkout.
