Solution
Gross sales and funds received in ROLLER are distinct and are not interchangeable.

If you want sales figures, check the Detailed Product Sales report. It shows quantity sold and sales figures a specific time period. You can filter by date, location, device and product.
For reviewing funds received and recognized revenue in ROLLER (accrual method), use the Detailed Product Sales report or the Revenue Recognition report. These reports provide funds received and also include gross and net revenue, which is determined based on ticket redemption or expiry (accrual accounting method).
