Why aren't all my products visible in the Playground?
- My products and configuration are missing from my Playground environment. Why is this?
- How can I update my Playground with my venue’s live data?
Solution
If you cannot see your current products and configuration in your Playground, you will need to update it:
- From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Account > Venue Settings.
- Select Update Playground at the top right of the page.
It can take a few minutes for the Playground to update. Updating Playground clears all data from the Playground environment and copies across all products and settings from your live account.
