Access the report
- From Venue Manager go to Analytics > Reports.
- Search for and select Guest age distribution.
Interpret the visualization
- The report features a histogram showing visit percentages by age, helping identify the most common ages and the diversity among your visitors.
- The height of each bar shows the percentage of visits by guests of that age, with taller bars indicating more visits.
- This data is gathered from the birthdates provided in guest waivers, associated with tickets redeemed at POS during the specified timeframe (by default, the last 365 days).
- If a guest redeems multiple tickets at POS on the same day, it is only counted as one visit.
Use the filters
The report's built-in filters let you refine the data.
- Select Filters at the top left of the report page to see your options.
- Review the default filters to understand the current data.
- Modify the filters by using the drop-downs, calendars and entry fields.
- Remove filter values by selecting the X to the right of a selected item.
- Select Run to apply filters and update the report.
