This guide shows you how to create a product in a ROLLER HQ account and make the products available to one venue, a group of venues or all your venues.

Create master products in HQ account |
From your HQ Venue Manager, go to Products > Create products to create products that you can share with all or some of your venues. See below for specific HQ master product details when setting up your products. |
Make products available to venues in HQ group |
Make a master product available to some or all venues that are linked to the HQ account. Venues can choose to add the HQ product to their venue. The product is denoted with an HQ label next to its name in Venue Manager. |
Venue permissions and properties |
Assign a managed venue permissions to edit certain properties of HQ products. The permissions will apply to all products so if a venue has permission to edit prices, they will be allowed to edit the prices of all tickets for all HQ products. |
Edit master products in HQ |
Bulk edit a product in an HQ account for multiple linked venues. Edits can be made to a group of venues or all venues. Instead of logging in to each venue to manually make product updates, you can update the product in the HQ account, select which venues you want to apply changes to, and publish those changes without leaving your ROLLER HQ account. |
Create master products in HQ account
A master product is a product created in the HQ account. The process of creating a product in HQ account is similar to how you normally create products in Venue Manager, but with some specific HQ master product settings.
- From your HQ Venue Manager, go to Products > Create Product.
- Select the product you wish to create.

Enter the master product details and make the managed product available to one venue, a group of venues (venue tags) or all of your venues.
Master product name |
A unique identifier to group and link all variations of this master product for management and reporting purposes. Example: 1 Hour Jump |
Variation name |
Name or title to identify the master product in the master venue product list within the HQ account. Example: 1 Hour Jump |
Venues |
Select the venue or venue tags which this master product will be available to. The venue will then need to add the managed product to their product catalog. |
