Create discount codes in HQ and assign them to specific venues or venue tags.
HQ discounts automatically sync to managed venues that have been provided access to the code. Managed venues can’t edit HQ discounts unless HQ permissions allow it.
If you remove a venue from an HQ discount, the discount is automatically archived at that venue.

You can apply the discount to product types, product codes, products or individual variations. A product code is a code entered when creating an HQ product for a group of related HQ products (typically for reporting purposes). -
Add a discount code to your checkout URL
If you want guests to have the discount applied automatically at checkout, you can add the discount code to your checkout URL. To use this feature, add redemption instructions to the discount code. For steps, see Add a discount code to your checkout URL. -
Select any usage restrictions you want to apply to the discount (eg redemption dates, booking dates, usage limits).
The usage limits are per venue. For example, if you set the discount to one use per discount code, a guest could use the discount code once at each venue linked to the discount. - Select Save.
- Review the number of venues that will be affected. Only selected venues with the applicable products will be affected.
- Select Yes, update to push the discount to the selected venues.
- After you update the discount, it syncs to the selected venues.
