A guest needs a new ticket or copy of their receipt. Can I reprint them from POS?
Solution
You can reprint a ticket or receipt from POS when needed.
Reprint a ticket from POS
- From POS, search for the booking with the ticket(s) you want to reprint, then select the booking.
- Select the checkbox next to the ticket(s) you would like to reprint, then select the printer icon.
This prints the ticket(s) for the guest.
To print tickets from POS you need to have the Print tickets setting enabled for the POS device. To learn more, read the guide Manage individual POS device settings.
Once printed, the printer icon will turn green and you won’t be able to reprint the ticket(s) again using this method.
If you do need to reprint the ticket(s) one more time, follow the steps below.
- From POS, search for the booking with the ticket(s) you want to reprint, then select the booking.
- Select the checkbox next to the ticket(s) you would like to reprint, then select the options menu (3 dots) at the top of the ticket list.
- Select Reprint ticket(s).
Reprint a receipt from POS
- From POS, search for the booking with the receipt you want to reprint, then select the booking.
- At the bottom of the booking screen, next to the booking total, select the options menu (3 dots).
- Select Print receipt.
