About subscriber opt-in
You customers can opt-in to receive marketing communications from your venue. Customer’s can opt-in when providing their contact details during a purchase event on the our various apps.
Activate subscriber opt-in
- Go to Settings > Account > Policy
- Navigate to the Subscription opt-in section and activate Ask customers to subscribe to communications
- You can also configure whether the opt-in checkbox is checked by default and override the default subscription message to display to customers.
