In this article, you will learn how to resolve issues relating to the management of your Linkly integration.
Payments have stopped working
1. You have a Green Linkly symbol (see here) and payments have stopped working

- Check ROLLER Connect Legacy file & ensure Terminal Type = "PCEftpos".
- Restart POS Device & wait for Linkly symbol to go green again before testing.
- Follow steps 1 to 3 in Testing the integration section of our Linkly integration article.
If this fails then you will have to contact your bank / or Linkly support to determine why you're unable to login to Linkly servers.
- Check ROLLER Connect Legacy file & ensure Terminal Type = "PCEftpos".
2. You have a Green Linkly symbol (see here) and you test a card in ROLLER POS but get an error message saying "FAILED - Processor error"
- Click the green Linkly symbol to open the popup and check the Printer field.
- Ensure that the correct printer name is written in the field. Skip to the merchant receipt printing section for more detailed instructions on how to complete this step.
- If the device is not connected to any printer, please ensure 'NPT' is written in the field instead of the printer name.
3. You have a Yellow or Red Linkly symbol and payments have stopped working

Managing merchant receipt printing
1. I want the merchant receipt to print through my receipt printer

- Find the name of your receipt printer by typing Printers & Scanners into Windows and opening up the application.
- Click on the receipt printer you want to print merchant receipts to.
- Click Manage.
- Click Printer properties.
- Copy the printer name.
- Open up Linkly by click upwards arrow on the desktop.
- Then clicking Green Linkly Symbol.
- Paste the printer name into the printer field.
- Click Apply.
- I want the merchant receipt to print through my EFTPOS machine
- Open up Linkly by clicking the upwards arrow on the desktop.
- Then click the green Linkly icon.
- Tye 'NPT' into the printer field .
- Click Apply.
In order for Linkly to work with ROLLER POS the merchant receipt will always need to be printed. If the incorrect printer is linked on the Linkly printer field, this will result in an error (Payments have stopped working section #2).
How do I settle my card terminals?
- Open up Linkly by clicking the upwards arrow on the desktop.
- Then click the green Linkly icon.
- Click CTRL Panel.
- Click Settlement.
- Click Settle.
