Key steps
Review the key steps here, then follow the detailed instructions for each export type below.
- Export data
- Follow the instructions below for each export type to export the data from CenterEdge to an Excel file.
- Name the file with your venue name followed by the export type, such as Jumptastic Waiver Export, and save it in Microsoft Excel (*.xls) format.
- Email the file
- Send the Excel file to datamigrations@rollersoftware.com for data verification.
- Include your venue name in the email subject for data validation, for example, Jumptastic Waiver Export.
- Data review
- If there are no issues, the data will be placed in your venue's playground for testing.
- You will be notified when the data is ready for testing. Follow the steps in the guide Test your imported data in playground to ensure the data appears as intended.
- Repeat before launch
Close to your launch date, complete the data export again to minimize discrepancies.
Exporting tips
If a report contains an excessive amount of data, there is a risk of a report query failing. To prevent this, filters can be applied to separate specific portions of the data.
For example:
- Add a Valid filter to exclude expired and duplicate waivers.
- Add filters based on issue date timeframes to retrieve specific portions of fixed memberships when dealing with large amounts of data.
Waivers
- From the Manager Console in CenterEdge, go to Reports.
- Select Customer under Ad-Hoc Reports.
- Select New Customer Report.

Select the following waiver fields from the Columns tab on the left, then use the right arrow (>) to move them to the Filters tab:
- Customer Key
- First Name
- Last Name
- Birth Date
- E-Mail Address
- Phone Number
- Issue Date
- Expiration Date
- Is Valid
- Once you've added all of the above fields to the list, select the Filters tab, then select Add New Filter.
- The Report Editor Filter popup appears.
- For the Column filter, select Is Valid.
- For the Operation filter, select True.
- Select the Preview tab to see an example of how the data will appear.
- If all appears as intended, select OK at the bottom left to run the newly created report.
- Select Export at the top left.
- Name the file using your venue name followed by Waiver Export, for example, Jumptastic Waiver Export, and save it in Microsoft Excel (*.xls) format.
- Send the file to datamigrations@rollersoftware.com for data verification. In the subject line of the email, include your venue name, for example, Jumptastic Waiver Export.
The data will be reviewed by ROLLER and discussed with you if there are any concerns.

Gift cards
- From the Manager Console in CenterEdge, go to Reports.
- Select Player Cards in the list of Reports.
- Select the Outstanding Card Balance report under Other Reports.
- Once this report loads, select Export at the top left.

Future tickets
- From the Manager Console in CenterEdge, go to Reports.
- Select Sales.
- Scroll to Tickets and select the Online Capacity Tickets report.
- Adjust the timeframe to look into the future months for presale tickets. Select OK.
- Once the report is generated, select Export at the top left.
- Name the file using your venue name followed by Gift Card Export, for example, Jumptastic Future Ticket Export, and save it in Microsoft Excel (*.xls) format.
- Email the file to datamigrations@rollersoftware.com for data verification. In the subject line of the email, include your venue name, such as Jumptastic Future Ticket Export.
The data will be reviewed by ROLLER and discussed with you if there are any concerns.

Fixed memberships
- From the Manager Console in CenterEdge, to to Reports.
- Select Customer under Ad-Hoc Reports.
- Select New Customer Report.

Choose the following fields from the left-hand column, then use the right arrow (>) to move them to the Filters tab on the right:
First Name
Last Name
E-mail Address - Scroll down to the Customer Passes section, then expand it to add the following fields:
Customer Pass Description
Issue Date - Select the Filters tab.
- Select New Filter at the bottom left, then select Issue Date.
- Choose a reasonable timeframe that captures the earliest issued valid membership passes. For example, if you offer seasonal memberships, select the period during which these memberships were typically purchased.
- Select the Preview tab on the right to review the intended captured data, then select Ok in the bottom left to run the report.
- Select Export at the top left.
- Name the file using your venue name followed by Gift Card Export, for example, Jumptastic Fixed Memeberships Export, and save it in Microsoft Excel (*.xls) format.
- Email the file to datamigrations@rollersoftware.com for data verification. In the subject line of the email, include your venue name, such as Jumptastic Fixed Memberships Export.
The data will be reviewed by ROLLER and discussed with you if there are any concerns.
