If your customer wants a receipt of their transaction, you can easily send one from the ROLLER system with the touch of a button.
1. Search for the booking in the Venue Manager
2. Head to the activity stream on the right-hand side, scroll down until you find the transaction
3. Click the three-dot button and select Email receipt
4. A pop-up modal will prompt you to send it to the email address on record or you can change this to another email, click Send email
5. Your customer will receive an email as per the example below
In the email, will be a PDF attachment with an itemised receipt
