In this article, you will learn how to send an email to the booking holder or log a phone conversation related to a booking using the booking activity stream in Venue Manager. Any guest replies to emails sent will show up in the activity center for you or your team to action.

When sending guest emails from the booking's activity stream, the emails are identified as coming from your venue name in ROLLER.
If guests reply to the email, you and your team can view and action them from the activity center in ROLLER. You can also specify which staff roles receive guest replies in activity center notification settings.
- From Venue Manager, search for and select a booking.
- Select the new email icon from the top of the Activity tab.
- Type in the subject and the email content.
- Select Send. The email will be sent to the booking holder.
- Filter by Email to see all emails sent from here.

Log guest calls
- Select the phone icon from the Activity tab.
- Type in the notes from the conversation.
- Select the Log call button to save your notes.
- Filter by Calls to see all logged calls.
