When viewing a specific booking in the Venue Manager, any action that has been made to the booking will be listed in the activity stream of the booking, which is located on the right-hand side panel. In this article, learn how to:
- View and expand information listed in the booking's activity stream
- Filter the activity stream to specific activities
View and expand the information in activity stream
- The activity stream listed all updates, changes, and actions (we call this activity) that have been made to the booking in a chronological way
- You can click on each activity to get more details around that particular action
- Hovering over the action will also show a three-dot button that you can click. The three-dot button will give you an option to do further actions, such as sending a payment receipt to a guest
Activity stream filter
Use the activity drop down to filter the activities listed to a specific one. The filters to choose from are:
- All activities - this option will include all activities related to emails, calls, and logs
- Emails - this option will only include all emails sent to the client through ROLLER
- Calls - this option will only include call logs that have been inputted to ROLLER
- Logs - this option will only include non-email or call activities such as payments, refunds, booking creation, and booking changes
