You can send or resend an order confirmation email to guests through Venue Manager.
- From Venue Manager, search for and select the guest's booking using their name or booking ID to open the booking details.
- Select the options menu (3 dots) in the top-right corner and select Send confirmation email from the drop-down.
- The Send booking confirmation pop-up opens. The Send to field is pre-filled with the booking holder's email if it was provided during the booking. You can edit this email or add additional addresses.
- Select Send email.
- A confirmation will appear once the email is sent, and the activity will be recorded in the bookings activity stream.
