Please note, this feature is not part of the standard subscription. To activate this feature, please contact ROLLER Support. If you do not have this feature, you will need to email from your own system and add any notes to the booking notes or POS notes section.
Send email
This functionality will send a no-reply email. We recommend including instruction and the venue's contact details in case guests need to get in touch
- Click the New email button on the activity stream
- A new page will appear where you can type in a subject and write in the email content
- Click the Send icon to send the email to the guest. The email will be sent to the booking holder
- You can view all sent emails in the activity stream by clicking on the email activity
Log a Call
- Click on the Phone button on the activity stream
- Type in the notes from the conversation
- Click the Log call button to save your notes
- You can view all sent emails in the activity stream by clicking on the call log activity
