Packages allow you to bundle products together to sell at reduced prices.

You can't include memberships, gift cards or more than one session ticket type per variation in packages.

Create a new package product

To start creating a new package product to sell at your venue:

From Venue Manager, go to Products > Create product.
Select Packages.
The package product settings page opens.

Read the sections below to customize the package product settings to suit your requirements.

Content

Name: Give the package a name (required).
Description: Provide a clear description to encourage guests to purchase online. Optionally provide a detailed description.
Tags: Add tags to help you manage your products. You can use these tags to group products by category in progressive checkouts, making it easier for guests to find what they're looking for.
Image: Upload a product image to differentiate it from other products in the online checkout and at POS (640 x 390 pixels, WEBP, JPG, PNG formats up to 1 MB).

Package details

Create your different package variations. Each variation can only contain one session ticket type.

In order for guests to buy these products, all products included in a bundled variation must share the same availability and session times, and have enough stock available.

Select Create variation.
Enter a name for your variation.
Select one of more products to add to the package variation(only one session ticket type per variation). Products included must share the same availability dates and schedule session times.
Adjust the quantity (number of items) and price (offer at a discounted price to encourage guests to purchase the package).
To delete an item, hover over the item, then select the trash can icon to delete it.
Add a custom description and/or upload a specific image to override the main package description and image.
Select Hide from online sales to restrict this package variation from being purchased online.
Select Save.
Repeat the steps to add more variations.

Sales availability

Select dates when this package can be purchased. For a session pass ticket added to a variation, the package will inherit the session pass sales cut-off times.

Select the Select dates button.
Choose the date range and days the package is available.
Make sure all included products are available on these dates.

If one of the products that makes up a product is not available on the date you have selected, the package cannot be sold despite what is set here. You will need to adjust this on a product level.

For example, a package is available Monday to Sunday. It includes a pass product available Monday to Friday and a T-shirt and soft drink that is available every day. It will not be available to sell on Saturday and Sunday unless the pass product is adjusted to be available on the weekend.

Additional options

Add-ons: Choose products to upsell during online checkout.
Deposit: Set a full amount, percentage, or dollar deposit amount.
Forms: Select a form to request additional information.
Confirmation required: Require guest confirmation for bookings.
Reporting category: Select the reporting category for this package.

Save

Select Save once the package has been created.
