This functionality will send a no-reply email. We recommend including instruction and the venue's contact details in case guests need to get in touch
- Select the New email button in the activity stream
- A new page appears where you can type in a subject and write in the email content
- Select the Send icon to send the email to the guest. The email will be sent to the booking holder
- You can view all sent emails in the activity stream by selecting email activity filter
Log guest calls
- Select the Phone button in the activity stream
- Type in the notes from the conversation
- Select the Log call button to save your notes
- You can view all sent emails in the activity stream by selecting the call log activity filter
