The Mobile Check-in app is an add-on feature to your existing plan. To subscribe, check you meet the requirements below and then contact your account manager or the support team.

Mobile Check-in is compatible with most browsers and devices, however this may be limited depending on the specifications, and operating system of the device.
While you are welcome to test this compatibility on your own devices, we recommend meeting the below specifications to ensure you're getting the most out of the application:
- Operating system: Android (Latest version)
- Browser: Chrome (Latest version)

Recommended device: Any mobile device with an embedded or peripheral barcode scanner (ie a specific scanner device)
- A specific scanner device with embedded scanning hardware isn't necessary, but it makes scanning guest's tickets much faster. Examples are the Urovo DT50, or the Custom P-Ranger.
- Any scanning hardware will be compatible with the app as long as it is capable of pasting the read-data into the device like a keyboard, like most scanning hardware can.
