Activity center notification control lets you manage which notifications you and your staff receive. This makes sure that everyone gets only the messages and alerts that are relevant to them. Follow these steps to customize who gets notifications, and for certain types, where and when they are sent.

Customize notification settings
- From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Notifications.
- Select a notification type you want to change.
- Adjust the settings for that notification. Read on for more information.
- Select Save after you make a change to each notification type.
Settings for all notifications
- By default, all notifications are sent to the activity center and are visible to all staff roles.
- You can specify which system and custom roles can view each notification in the activity center.
New inquiries
- You can choose to send these notifications to the activity center, email, or both.
- If you opt for email, select the recipients from your pre-configured venue contacts or booking/inquiry emails.
- These email addresses are set in Venue settings and are pre-selected.
Tentative booking cancelation
You can set when you want to be alerted before a booking is canceled. The default setting is 24 hours.
