Access the report
- From Venue Manager, go to Analytics > Reports.
- Search for and select Deferred revenue.
Interpret the visualization
- The report presents a donut chart and a detailed list that breaks down the total deferred revenue by product type.
- The total deferred revenue as of the selected date is prominently displayed in the center of the donut chart.
- Each segment of the chart represents a different product type, with corresponding revenue amounts listed alongside.
Filter the report
The default timeframe shows the sum of all deferred revenue accumulated as of 1 day ago.The report allows you to apply filters to change this timeframe.
- Select Filters at the top left of the report page to view and adjust filters.
- Review and understand the default filters currently applied.
- Modify the filters using drop-down menus, calendars and numerical input fields.
- Remove any filter values by selecting the X to the right of the selected value.
- Select Run to update the report with the new filters.
