Make it easier for your guests to celebrate big occasions with our party guest list. Ideal for kids' parties, corporate events and special occasions, the party guest list lets your guests organize their party package by:
- Sending online invitations and tracking RSVPs.
- Ensuring attendees sign their waivers in advance.
Invited guests can easily RSVP and sign any required waivers from the online invitation. Venue staff can view who has RSVP'd and signed waivers prior to the event from the booking in Venue Manager.

What can the booking guest do?
Sign in to their online account
After the booking guest purchases a party package, ROLLER directs them to their online account to manage the party and guest list. The booking guest must sign in to access and manage their guest list.
Invite and manage guests
The booking guest can invite and manage guests from the Who's coming? section. They can view RSVPs and copy the unique invitation link to share with guests.
Add a message for guests
Under the Who's coming? section, booking guests can add a message to all guests. This is helpful to communicate parking, pick up and drop off times and any additional party information.
Preview the invite
After adding a message, the booking guest can Take a sneak peak of the invite to see what it looks like.
Send invites to guests
The booking guest can invite party guests using the unique invitation link. The link can be shared via email, message, social media or other preferred communication methods.
Monitor RSVPs and signed waivers
Each time a guest RSVPs using the link in the invitation, the booking guest receives an email notification, which includes a link to manage the guest list in their online accounts.
When signed in, the booking guest can see all guests who have RSVP'd, if waivers are required and who has signed them. This makes it easy to tell at a glance who needs following up.
What can venue staff do?
View guest RSVPs
Venue staff can see when guests RSVP to the booking in Venue Manager.
From Venue Manager, open the booking, then select the Documents tab. Venue staff can see the list of guests who have RSVP’d and signed waivers. The booking's activity stream also shows RSVP updates, making it even easier to keep an eye on the booking.
Venue staff can also select Copy invitation link to send it to guests, if needed.
Redeem guest tickets quickly
On the day of the party, guest ticket redemption is easy and fast.
Signed waivers linked to the booking can be easily accessed from the drop-down menu in POS when assigning waivers during ticket redemption.
Customize guest list communications
You can view and customize the automated guest list email communications from Venue Manager.
- From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Design > Email templates.
- Scroll down to the following guest emails.
Guest list update: Email sent to booking guest each time an invited guest RSVPs.
Guest list RSVP confirmed: Email sent to a guest who RSVPs to an invite.
Guest list RSVP reminder: Email sent to guest 24hrs prior to booking. - Select a template to customize the language, text and branding.
What can invited guests do?
- Receive the invitation link from the booking guest via email, message, social media etc.
- Read all party details on the invitation, including the custom message.
- Let the booking guest know if they’re attending by filling out the RSVP invite and signing any required waivers, including those for any minors attending. The guest list feature integrates with online waivers and notifies a party guest if a waiver is already completed or prompts for a new waiver signing.
- Receive a confirmation via email when they RSVP.
- Receive a reminder the day before the party.
