This article shows you how to assign a staff member to a booking for a selected role. For example, you may want to assign a staff member as a booking host for a party booking.

Assign staff members to bookings
- From Venue Manager, search for the booking you want to assign a staff member to.
- Click Assign staff at the top right of the page.
- From the drop-down list, select one of the following roles:
- Booking manager
- Booking host
- Sales agent
- Select the staff member's name from the drop-down list for the role.
All staff members with a ROLLER account appear in the list.
- The assigned staff member's name and email are added to the booking's Staff tab.
- Click Save.
