Learn how to make changes to an existing booking from Venue Manager.
If you're having trouble finding a booking, revisit the Searching for records in Venue Manager article. If you need to change a resource attached to a session pass booking, go to Update resources in an existing session pass booking.
Changing the booking holder details to a different guest
- From the Details page, under the name, email and phone number for the booking, click the Change booking holder option
- Start typing in the new book holder's email address
- If the new booking holder has attended before, you can type in their details and select their record from the drop-down to pre-populate the fields.
- If the guest has never been to the venue before or you can't find an existing guest record, you can click New booking holder option and type in the new guest's details
- Click Save to confirm the booking holder change
Change the date of the booking
- From the booking details page, click on the Order tab
- Under the booking items section, click the date selector
- Choose the new booking date on the calendar
If you want to change the session time, you will need to follow the steps outlined here
Changing the session time for a pass
- Click on the Order tab
- Click the Availabilities tab
- Click on the Calendar icon and change it to the guest's preferred booking date. You can also adjust the product filter to the product you would like to include in the booking.
- Replicate the order items of the initial booking, but on the new session time
- Click on the Order tab and delete the original (unwanted tickets) from the booking by clicking the trash icon next to each line of items
- Click Save & reserve
Adding a form to a booking

- Click on the Forms tab in the booking
- Click Add form, and select the relevant form from the drop down
- You can either click the three-dot button next to the form to get a public form link can be emailed directly to the guest and they can update the details themselves, or you can click on the form and type in the responses
- Click Save once all edits have been made
Change ticket quantities
- Click on the Order tab within the booking
- Under the booking items section, click on the text box for Qty for the tickets/products you want to adjust, and type in the ticket quantity it's being adjusted to. You can also use the arrows to adjust the quantity of the ticket
- Click Save
Remove a product/item completely from the order
- From the booking details page, click on the Order tab
- Click the trash icon next to the booking item to remove it from the order.

Add booking note
This optional but we highly recommend utilizing this feature.
- Click on the Details tab
- Click cursor into Booking Notes
- Click Save
These notes can be referred to by yourself or other staff members at a later date.
