The gift card grid provides a summary of issued gift cards for each specific gift card product in your venue. This includes the total sales of gift cards and the remaining balances.
View the gift card grid
To go to the gift card grid for your gift card product.
- From Venue Manager, go to Products > All Products.
- Search for your gift card product.
- Select the options menu (3 dots) for the gift card product, then select View gift cards.
Details in the gift card grid
This grid offers a snapshot of information related to the selected gift card product.
| Grand total | The overall value of all issued gift cards for this product. |
| Remaining balance total | The overall value of all issued gift cards for this product.The grid columns will show the below headings by default: |
By default, the grid displays the following columns:
- Gift card #
- Purchaser
- Recipient
- Initial balance
- Balance
- Status
- Expiry Date
To modify the columns in the grid, right-click the table and select the options you want to add or remove.
Additional columns include:
- Is sent
- Delivery method
- Postage option
- Postage price
- Amount paid
- Payment method
- Purchase location
- Mobile
- Address
- City/Country
- Suburb/Locality
- State/Province
- Postcode
- Country
- Purchase Date
- Purchase Time
Export gift cards
Select the options menu in the top right to export gift cards to CSV. You can choose which data you want to export. Learn more
